MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Late arrivals may have less time for their session. No refund for late arrivals.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Kimberly Hise.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
Retainer: 100.00 retainer required to secure date and time. Invoice will be sent and must be paid two weeks prior to session.
All inclusive mini session investment is 399.00 . 100.00 retainer applied toward total. Total due at the session is 299.00 plus tax.
Package includes session,10 digital images, 3 artistically, fully retouched digital files plus 7 digital files with a basic retouch Online gallery provided to choose your favorite portraits. Additional poses will be available. Wardrobe recommendations available and I will gently guide you with all posing to ensure you look your best.
